Well, that's not really an Ascension problem. Obviously, you've downloaded the Improved Illasera files...and that fight IS pretty difficult, especially for a solo character.
It CAN be solo'd, but I'm not sure how one would go about it. I included with the files a warning that it may be too difficult except for full parties (whether or not it was put where you could see it depends on where you d'loaded it).
All I will say is that the Miscast Magic that comes with Illasera's dispel arrow is only 30% and doesn't get higher than that...some people think you can't cast magic at all, but that's not the case.
