Roleplaying wise - and the way I'd most likely do it - was to keep it somewhat quite - at least untill I/we are strong enought to possible twart a demon attack.
No point in running around like a level 1-10 blabbing about being decendens of the Banshee and how though one is
(IMO.)
But then again -that is "my way" - I'm also currently planning on a somewhat paranoid CN type character - so this paranoia would come in handy
