In the Tarrant gardans, you can find a gnome which really enjoys insulting people. His name is Sammie White IIRC.
My question is: is he a part of a quest or a potential party member? If it's a quest how do I recieve it? Because if he's not in the major plot I think I'll kill him and get this nice hand cannon and mechanised dagger...
