I believe in my multiple runthroughs of BGI I did find another cloudkill scroll once. Suffice it to say they are pretty rare in BGI.
If you have TOSC installed a regular mage will get to cast one level 5 spell when reaching level 9 (specialty mages get 2 level 5 spells). If you do not have TOSC installed, you won't reach level 9 so you might as well use it instead of reading it. |
