I'm probably way too late tow rite this, but anyway, humans can't multiclass. All that Nameless One actually does is to dual-class to and fro. Some DMs (dungeon masters) think it appropriate for the dual-classer for some training. (Though you'd usually need 17 to the new prime requisite).
