You need to enter the console by pressing ~ on US keyboards or ¬ on UK keyboards then type the following:
Debugmode 1
dm_movetoarea <area code goes here>
Debugmode 0
Sorry but I haven't currently got NWN installed so I can't go into the toolset to look for the area code.
