HE's an [expletive deleted] [expletive deleted] slimeball, just not quite as obnoxious as Anomen. It sums him up when you can only find an article of clothing as justification for his existence.  He also always winds up dead in Nashkel in my games*, so shouldn't even be in Athkatla IMO.
* And that's even when I'm playing evil characters!
