You could do what I did... I started a Bard with minimum requisite stats and average in the other stats. I have these stats (I think):
Str 12
Dex 14
Con 9
Int 13
Wis 9
Cha 15
I also took proficiencies in Dart and Dagger. You may try something along those lines.... or not
