The normal resolution is 800x600, with the patch it is 1024x768. And it is not includet in the UAP. Drog said, that it woudn't work with the last UAP, but some tested it and it worked ... so.
I use the latest german version (equal to the next to the last english one) of the UAP and it works fine with the high-res-patch.
