Schematics are not found randomly... they are placed in fixed locations...I am currently doing an explore of the game.. and I will publish everything there is to know.... where are the schematics and everything.. I'll be back then... As for the second quest of the king in dernholm.. he'll give it to you once you discover the location of Caladon.. you have to advance a little in the story before you will discover it...
