Okay so I got this dwarf now, and I figured it might be nice with a throwing wep and then go for a bomb tech spec. Although I have a problem... When using a throwing wep should I go for strength or perception?! I got the highest possible in dexterity. So which ones would you say is good? I mean perception is for ranged weps but strength increases the damage, does it not? I'm confused.. lol.. I don't do much damage, atleast not as much as I did with my Melee,dodge and strength character.


EDIT: Also, What does flash grenades do? I mean it says "Blinded" But they can still attack? O.O
