  Bend the Rules (Level: 16)

Requirements: LK 6

Description: Take this perk and the next time you get offered perks you may choose from all the perks that are available for your race. [This perk is not in the game.]

  Break the Rules (Level: 20)

Requirements: LK 6

Description: Take this perk and the next time you get offered perks you may choose from all the perks regardless of race. [This perk is not in the game.]

Silent Death (Level: 18)

Requirements: Sneak 80%, Unarmed 80%, AG 10

Description: While sneaking, if you hit a critter in the back, you will cause double damage using a hand-to-hand attack. Silent Death is that kind of perk.

Slayer (Level: 24)

Requirements: Unarmed 80%, ST 8, AG 8

Description: The Slayer walks the earth! In hand-to-hand combat, all of your hits are upgraded to criticals, causing destruction and mayhem.

Sniper (Level: 24)

Requirements: Small Guns 80%, PE 8, AG 8

Description: You have mastered the firearm as a source of pain. With this perk, any successful hit in combat with a ranged weapon is upgraded to a critical hit if you also make a LK roll. Animals cannot pick this perk.
