DAMAGED SAVE POINT
You get a cutscene when you first enter the level that indicates that the Raider Matron has been selling slaves to Mutants. They've left her to deal with you on her own. The save point here is damaged, but there is plenty to loot from the boxes scattered around.
RAIDER MATRON
Going through the security doors, you'll trigger a conversation with the Raider Matron. She tells you that she gave the Brotherhood Paladins directions to a Ghoul city, but she won't give them to you. If you don't mind burning stimpaks, this fight isn't so bad. She uses twin desert eagles, which don't take off health that quickly. You can just jump on a box and keep pumping shotgun rounds into her and taking stimpaks until it's over. You get 600 experience points and her twin guns for taking her out. Thankfully, you can also loot the area when you're done.
TO PARKING LOT
Go back the way you came and talk to Jesse. He'll take you back to the town center.
