When you choose the explorer perk, every location in the world is revealed on your map. So get out there and explore!
Our grade: C. This is a perk of convenience. Only pick it if you don’t want to explore on your own, and if you don’t have any walkthrough-style maps available.

Grim Reaper's Sprint (1 Rank)
With this perk, if you kill a target while in V.A.T.S., then all of your action points are restored upon exiting V.A.T.S. mode.
Our grade: A. This is a great perk if you like to rely on V.A.T.S., especially since at level 20 you’ll usually kill your target.

Ninja (1 Rank)
The ninja perk grants you the power of the fabled shadow warriors. When attacking with melee or unarmed attacks, you gain a +15% critical chance on every strike. Sneak attack criticals do 25% more damage. Requires Sneak 80, Melee Weapons 80.
Our grade: B+. If you’re using melee or unarmed attacks, then this is a fine perk, but we still like Grim Reaper’s Sprint better, and you can only select one level 20 perk.

Solar Powered (1 Rank)
With the solar powered perk, you gain an additional 2 points to Strength when in direct sunlight, and slowly regenerate lost health. Requires EN 7.
Our grade: C. This perk has its uses, but it’s not in the same league as Ninja or Grim Reaper’s Sprint.
