Brain Bot is a robot found in the Sierra Army Depot that can be repaired and used as one of the best NPCs in the game (depending on which brain you place in it). For the best result possible, you'll want to place the cybernetic brain into the robot, which will require a Science skill of 121% or greater to achieve. Once you do so, the robot will become Skynet, and is just as powerful (or even more powerful) than Cassidy.
