1 - Confrontation
If you sent Feynriel to the Dalish in the quest
, and if you haven't yet completed the quest
, then when you arrive here you'll witness a confrontation between templars and Dalish hunters. The templars will demand that the elves turn over Feynriel, but the elves will refuse. When you join in the conversation, you'll get four ways to respond: you can side with the elves against the templars, you can side with the templars against the elves, you can leave, or you can listen to both sides and then diffuse the situation. Nobody will drop anything interesting if there's a battle, and we've never noticed any ramifications for any of the choices.
Note: If you have Isabela with you, then you'll gain friendship points with her if you leave, and you'll gain rivalry points with her if you fight one of the two groups.

12 - Altar
When you approach this altar you'll get attacked by a crazed loner (a mage), two shadow assassins, an arcane horror, and several skeletons and corpses. After defeating these enemies, you'll find
The Eyes of Azure Jamos
on the corpse of the loner, and picking them up will trigger the quest "The Eyes of Azure Jamos." To complete the quest, you'll just need to deliver the eyes to Azure Jamos in the
. He'll reward you with 1 sovereign and 750 xp.

14 - Mature Dragon
When you reach this spot, a mature dragon will fly down and attack you. The dragon won't summon any help, so as long as you pay attention to who the dragon is targeting, and have that player run around in circles (if necessary), then you should be able to defeat the dragon pretty easily. The dragon won't drop anything interesting when it dies, but nearby in a pile of bones you'll find
Surfacer Stone Armor
Belt of the Brigand
Silver-Threaded Dalish Embroidery
(an armor upgrade for Merrill).
Note: This is also the spawning point for Innley of Starkhaven in the quest
. If you're on that quest, then you'll need to kill Innley, leave the map, and then return to this spot to get the dragon to show up.
14 - Fire Trap
The only way to turn off the trap is to enter the room to the east.
15 - Corpses
When you loot these two corpses, you'll start up major battles against stone golems, revenants, shades, and more.
16 - "South Song" Gerralt's Corpse
When you examine the corpse, you'll trigger the quest "South Song Gerralt's Corpse." To complete the quest, you'll just need to deliver the corpse to "East-Wise" Gerralt in
. When you do, you'll receive 1 sovereign and 750 xp.
17 - Nexus Golem
When you approach the nexus golem, you'll trigger an extended battle sequence against demons, shades, abominations and more. After passing this gauntlet, the golem will offer to sell you some wares, including a
