1 - MYSTERIOUS HOT CHICK
You get another cut scene where the mysterious hot chick tells you what you need to do. To weaken the seal on the door that leads to Innoruuk's inner sanctum, you need to gather souls and take them back up to the Plane of Air, but not by using the portal that's in the room with you, because that wouldn't involve running a gauntlet of enemies and lava pools. By the way, of course you will die if you step in the lava.
2 - HALLS OF DESPAIR
To get the souls where they need to go, you will have to walk through the halls of despair. From what I can tell, each exit from the cauldron leads to a similar but slightly different map that takes you to a portal. You waon't have to go through each map because the merhcant on the palne of air will eventually tell you that you've resuced enough to move on. The enemies will attack the souls, but they apparently have a higher constitution than you do. You can lose them, though, so try to get through the level ASAP and don't use them for bait too much. If you lose them all, it's like you died and you have to restart at the portal in the Cauldron. Anyway, once you free six souls, you can go on to try to rescue Firiona, the mysterious hot chick.
3 - INNER SANCTUM
Reach the place of her imprisonment by heading through the previously sealed door and into the Lair of Innoruuk.
