Martin Finnegan is one of Sander Cohen's former disciples, and one of four people you must kill and snap a photo of in order to finish Sander's quadtych (a type of artwork consisting of a series of four images) in Fort Frolic. Cohen has left Martin to freeze to death in the Frozen Tunnel, but his resilience has kept him alive. Though he inevitably turns you into an ice sculpture, you'll soon thaw and can commence in killing the teleporting, ice-tossing, mask-wearing fool.
