1 - Arrival

This the entry point into the North Forest. You will hear the sounds of fighting and if you venture further North you can try to save a few traveling merchants from some of Yaga-Shura's henchmen. Be wary, however, as there are a lot of them.


2 - Karthis al-Hezzar

Here is where you'll confront Yaga-Shura's henchmen. After you've defeated them, a merchant by the name of Karthis al-Hezzar will offer to sell you his wares (including an Obsidian Ioun Stone, a Rod of Resurrection, and many other items up to +3 enchantment). He will also purchase the loot off of the baddies you've just slain (and the ones you're about to slay) for a reasonable price.

Once you've had your fill of buying and selling, use Karthis as a good source of information on the area. He will even point you in the direction of a former Temple of Bhaal located elsewhere in the forest.


3 - Fire Giant Ambush

Here you'll be ambushed by plenty of soldiers and Fire Giants, including some evil Clerics and one Battle Mage. Be on guard...
