1 - Entrance
As soon as you emerge from the water-filled tunnel, several Frost Salamanders will descend upon your party. Make short work of them and then head through the western corner exit to reach area #2.
2 - Breath Fluid
This small building is inhabited by a couple of Bone Fiends. Crush them under your godly strength and then search the room for a couple of Stone to Flesh scrolls (be sure to grab these). In the western corner is a pool that will serve nicely in filling your empty flask from the WereWyvern's corpse up above. The fluid is indeed magical and will now allow you to breathe long enough to traverse some of the other tunnels back at Abazigal's Lair 2.
