Algernon's Cloak can be pickpocketed from Algernon on the second floor of Beregost's Feldepost Inn. Nice item. +2 in CHA and vitually infinite Charm spell.

Ramazith's Deep Pockets
Some of the best pickpoketed items can be had from Ramazith in Baldur's Gate.
You can pickpocket his Ring of Protection +2 and Amulet of Metaspell
Influence at the bottom of his tower prior to talking to him; then you
can kill him and loot them off his body once again at the top.
